As top Ioniq model, the T10 electric pickup will have powerful performance, futuristic design and high-end features to take on rivals.
The T10 targets Australia where pickup trucks or UTEs are highly popular and will compete with likes of Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux.
Expected to be larger than most pickup trucks on sale in Australia currently, with dimensions closer to Ford F-150 truck.
Cutting-edge EV battery tech will enable the Ioniq T10 to deliver extended driving range to meet needs of commercial buyers.
Advanced driver assistance tech, connectivity and infotainment will be key attractions especially for private buyers and fleets.
Kia also developing a diesel-powered pickup truck codenamed Tasman, so Hyundai's Ioniq T10 may later get a Kia variant.
