The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, along with up to 16GB RAM, 1TB storage and the latest connectivity options.
It may sport an impressive quad camera setup - 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, 50MP 3.2x telephoto and 50MP 5x periscope telephoto cameras.
The phone could feature a big 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and in-display fingerprint scanner.
Xiaomi is expected to unveil the 14 Ultra globally on February 25 at a launch event, along with vanilla Xiaomi 14 and other models.
As per leaks, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB variants may cost CNY 5,700 (₹66,500 approx) & CNY 6,000 (₹70,000 approx) respectively.
A large 5180 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 90W wired and 80W wireless charging will enable all-day usage.
It should run the company's customized HyperOS interface based on the latest Android 14 version out of the box.
